It was a big night in Anaheim tonight at Disneyland as Elton John performed LIVE for guests in the park. The performance was filmed for segments that will air as a part of “The Wonderful of Disney: Disneyland 60” a special presentation that will air on ABC on Sunday February 21.

The special will celebrate 60 years of Disneyland as the park continues to celebrate the Diamond Anniversary. Portions of the program will be filmed in Hollywood at the Dolby Theater as well as iconic locations at Disneyland Park along Mainstreet USA and Sleeping Beauty Castle as well as Cars Land in Disney California Adventure.

Tonight Elton John performed two songs “Circle of Life” and “Wonderful Crazy Nights” a track from his new album. Earlier this week Derek Hough and Pentatonix filmed a dancing scene alongside “Paint The Night” parade. Later this month filming will take place at the Dolby theater where Meghan Trainor, Fall Out Boy, Jessie J, and Tori Kelly will be performing.

Disneyland’s 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration will continue in the park through September 5, 2016.
